Objective:
New E-Commerce Build – Paul Lafayet were re-thinking their sales strategy and looking to sell their products online. The store needed to contain food products that were available for in-store pick-up and delivery as a pre-order.

Challenges:
Paul Lafayet is a Food & Beverage company, which means their food products had a delivery restriction with product lead time limitation. Detailed order reporting was very important, as well as the in-store pick-up and delivery configuration, which help the E-Commerce operations team to be able to update the kitchen and the staff in-store about the number of orders and the type of orders to be made or handled.

Outcome:
The platform launched successfully in 4 weeks with on-going development.

I have managed to customise the E-Commerce platform with my team to design and build the platform for Paul Lafayet, aligning the brand guidelines. Plus, we customised the platform for a smooth operations procedure, product management, fulfillment and reporting.

We have configured several plug-in for the store, which would allow Paul Lafayet for not only to provide different delivery options but also enable product bundle recommendations and able to blackout dates due to major festive seasons for better product management & resources control.
