Objective:
Digital & CRM Strategy – Retykle is a luxury baby and kids’ clothing consignment resale e-commerce platform. They are well-known in the ex-pat living but very new to the local HK market. Retykle needed to get into the market quickly.
Challenges:
Retykle’s site is well-developed in the English language, but the Traditional Chinese language option, which is the first primary language in HK, is missing on the site and other marketing collaterals.
There is also room for improvement in the UX/UI on some pages to present in a better way.
Outcome:
I have localized the E-Commerce platform into Traditional Chinese with a plug-in configuration for the store which would allow different language options display.
Market research and proposal is made to improve the UX/UI.
A leaflet is also created from scratch to introduce the business to local Hong Kong community.
